Return and Exchange Policy

Dear Valued Customers,

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

In case you are not entirely satisfied and want to return your purchase, the policy permits refund. The guidelines are as follows:

Goods must have been purchased from the K Corner Whatsapp channel only.
We will accept to Refund goods purchased within 7 days from date of receipt of the goods. Only undamaged, unworn goods in original packing, original tags along with original purchase receipt will be considered for refund.
Goods purchased on the Whatsapp channel cannot be returned / exchanged at any K Corner retail outlet
Goods proved to have a manufacturing defect and purchased within a period of 30 days shall have a guaranteed replacement. However, it shall involve test, investigation and reporting from the brand owners, which may take up to 15 working days to receive authorization for replacement.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise in unused condition as you had received them, in its original packing along with the original tags for a refund.
You may call our customer support on 052-8785671 to request a return. We will arrange for the goods to be collected from the delivery address through courier, and returned to us. We shall process the return subject to receipt of goods at our location in undamaged, unworn goods in original packing & tags along with original purchase invoice, failing which return may not be possible.
In case the customer decides to cancel the order before it is shipped, K Corner will refund the entire amount to the customer.

SHIPPING POLICY

K Corner will deliver across United Arab Emirates.
We accept Credit Card & Debit Card as a method of payment.
Shipments will be delivered within 3 – 5 working days for most of the areas.
Once the AWB (Air Way Bill Number) has been generated, customers will be communicated of the same on their mobile number.
Orders of less than AED 200 will be charged AED 15 shipping fee (non-refundable). Orders of more than AED 200 will be delivered for free.
For delivery orders to a remote area additional charges may apply. The same shall be communicated to the customer at the time of purchase.
For delivery orders to a remote area the delivery timeframe may be longer than 5 business days. The same shall be communicated to the customer at the time of purchase.
